AHHHH!! 2day im so freaked!! the day started off with all of the theatre club members comin 2 sch at 7am rather than 8 sth...yawn...actually, technically, we werent exactly yawnin.. we were juz rly nervous.. coz 2day was tt fateful day of our performance!!! AHHH!! THE BIG DAY!!
so anw, i went 2 the canteen where i bumped in2 mr kaw.. n i was lyk hi mr kaw n then i started tellin him bout how i sucked n how nervous i was n then he tried 2 assure me by tellin me tt i had "TALENT" n i was lyk thinkin,' no i so do not haf talent" so anw, he started tellin me bout the convo he had with my aunt..n i was thinkin o crud!
this is wat he said>> the conversation started w/me sayin," ure niece is very amused tt i noe u!" n then ure aunt rolled her eyes n asked," so hows she lyk in sch?"
now dun u think u'll totally panic when u hear this..so i was lyk oKKayy... haha then i said,"ermm...mr kaw, i think i gotta run..CYA!" n then he was lyk see u i was totally 'PHEW-ing" all the way..hehe :DD
okayy...so we had rehearsals...blah blah blah...fast forward...
>>> PRE-SHOWTIME ahhh! totally freaked out as i put on make up..im such a noob at make up so i accidentally put 2 much blusher...so rachel was lyk laughin non-stop n told melissa 2 watch out n not end up lyk me...haha..i admit i suck at puttin on make up XDD..n i looked so hideous in make-up..go ask anybody i noe. they'll prob say," OMG!!! SHE LOOKED TOTALLY WEIRD N FREAKY N UGLY!!!" ;DD
so then it was... >>> SHOWTIME___ TIME 2 FREAK!! haha...so...we were juz bout 2 start when the worst thing happened... THE STAGE CURTAIN GOT JAMMED!!! n the worst thing was tt i was supposed 2 do the openin scene!!! N MDM LEE N MR KAW N A FEW TEACHERS HAD FRONT ROW SEATS!! so i was walkin up there expectin the worst..n i think it turned out so-so...no disasters..no trace of any1 fallin down or anth.. there was this part in ACT 2 when i tried 2 make up sth funny... i guess it worked a li'l coz a few ppl did laugh...but only a few..hehe... n the GOOD THING was tt everytime NANNY came out, every1 burst in2 laughter...WOOOHOOO NANNY!!! but i did kinda pity nanny(a.k.a amanda chan) coz she had 2 put powder on her hair...haha
fast forward... then the show was gonna end...the last scene, i was so excited 4 it 2 end, tt i kinda fumbled w/my lines..n then soon enuff it was time 2 bow...n then when every1 left the audi, we were screamin our eyes out!! IT WAS FINALLY OVER!! XPP hurray!!!
